How to order
From the product’s page select the size you prefer and add it to the basket.
Once you have finished your shopping go to the shopping bag.
Select the shipment method you prefer, the delivery country, the city and the zipcode. Click on update and then proceed to check out.
Enter your full name, your billing and shipping information, an email address and a valid phone number.
Review the order and select the payment method you prefer.
Once done click on place the order.
You will receive a confirmation email with the order ID.
You can pay by credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard and American Express). Payment is debited from your card once you place the order. You can pay via Paypal, Apple pay (mobile) or Android pay (mobile). Payment is debited from your card once you place the order.
All financial transactions via our e-shop are handled directly by our payment service providers, Paypal and Stripe.
If you prefer you can pay via bank transfer, the bank details will be shown once the order is submitted. The order will be shipped out once the amount is credited to our bank account.
We ship all over the world.

We cannot guarantee delivery on Saturday.
We do not ship to P.O.Box.
Orders are usually processed and shipped out within 24 hours from receipt and payment verification, 48 hours if the order is placed during the weekend.
All orders are shipped with international couriers and require a signature upon delivery. Couriers usually operate between 9am—6pm on business days.
Once the order is shipped out you’ll receive an email confirmation with your tracking number.
An order shipped out must be accepted upon delivery, delivery cannot be refused. All fees incurred by any order refused upon delivery will be the customer’s responsibility. Re-entry shipment cost, custom fees and duties – for shipments outside the EU – will be deducted from the refund or store credit.
You can pre-order items that have an expected shipment date in the coming weeks.
The expected shipment date is indicated in the product’s page. The full price will be deducted the same day in which the order is placed, if you pay via PayPal, Stripe or credit/debit card. If paying by wire transfer, payment must be sent within 48 hours from the order’s confirmation.
If a pre-order item can no longer be sold, the amount paid will be refunded using the original payment method.
Pre-Order items will be shipped as soon as they are available.
Orders or parts of an order can be cancelled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons are:
- Item(s) not available
- Difficulty in processing your payment information/we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment
- Cannot ship to address provided/shipping restrictions apply to a particular item
We may also refuse to process and therefore accept a transaction for any reason, unwind or suspend any transaction after processing has begun, or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion.
We do our best to ensure that the information online is accurate and up to date. However we cannot guarantee the accuracy of such information or that the information is free from errors. We reserve the right to update and/or correct the contents of the website at any time without notice and without any liability.
We regularly verify that prices of the products displayed on our website are correct, however, we cannot guarantee the absence of errors. In the case an item is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right, prior to delivery, to refuse or cancel the order placed for the product listed at the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed or payment has been made. In such circumstances, we shall offer the customer the opportunity to purchase the product at the correct price.
If your order is cancelled by us, you will receive an email which will explain the reason for the cancellation.
Duties & Taxes
Customs and duties must be paid by the customer for all destinations where duties are applied. Unfortunately we cannot estimate how much duties you will pay but your local customs should be able to estimate the price. For more information please contact your local customs and duties office.
Whispr2030 cannot be held responsible for any action and/or costs and/or taxes and/or delays due to customs over which we have no control.
Returns & Exchanges
How to return
Easy returns – if something doesn’t fit, just return it to us for an exchange or refund, please register your request for return within 14 days from the receiving of the order online here or send an email with your order ID in the subject to:
Follow the return instructions and ship the order back to us not later than 14 days from the day you receive the return instructions. Any parcel returned after the prescribed time frame shall be refused and returned to the sender. You will have to cover the direct cost of returning the goods, no parcel returned as cash on delivery shipping shall be accepted. We recommend that returned goods be sent via insured, traceable delivery for your protection.
Return the merchandise in its original condition, tags and packaging included, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return and issue a refund. If you’re based outside the EU, taxes and duties are applicable on your return.
Once your package reaches the warehouse, it will be processed within 5-10 business days. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you.
Store Credit and Refund
Once the return is processed and closed, the full purchase price (shipping excluded) will be credited on your Whispr2030 account or reimbursed using the same payment method as you used for the original transaction and you will receive a confirmation email. It can take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in the account of your original payment method. For further details please contact your bank or credit card company.
If you prefer an exchange of the size or of the color variant please enter the item ID you wish to receive as exchange when you register your request for return or send an email to email@example.com. We will create the exchange order for you and send you the information you need to cover the cost for the shipment of the exchange order. Please note that exchanges are subject to availability of stock and are not guaranteed.
In the case of an exchange for a lower value item, the difference will be provided as a store credit to your Whisper 2030 account. Store credit never expires and cannot be converted into a money refund.
If your goods are faulty, if they are received damaged or do not meet the description given on the site, contact our Customer Service immediately (within 48 hours from delivery).
Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on Whispr2030.com. However, as computers vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate.
